Birch ply panelling finished in a natural beeswax.

 

Highly durable carpet and underlay.

70mm rigid insulation used in combination with thermo reflective foil to provide sufficient insulation.

Western Red Cedar is used as the primary cladding material as it has a minimum life expectancy of 60 years.  This durable timber doesn’t require any treatment due to the naturally occurring oils within the cedar which help preserve it against rot and decay. 

28mm Double glazed windows with toughened glass used as standard.

 

Fuse box, thermostat controlled electric heater, 4 down lighters, 2 fluorescent lights, 3 dual plug sockets.
